Jeff Cremer
While growing up in scenic Colorado, Jeff Cremer became fascinated with Peru after reading about the Nazca Lines. The images of this mysterious, ancient Peruvian site eventually inspired him to take up photography upon completion of his service in the United States Air Force.
After earning a masters degree in construction management, winning photography awards in Colorado, and having astrophotography images published, Jeff’s adventurous spirit, love for travel, and photography brought him to Central and South America. Impressed by the stunning beauty and abundant photographic opportunities commonly encountered in Latin America, he lived in Costa Rica before realizing his lifelong dream of visiting Peru. His experiences in Peru inspired him to stay for good and when not helping other people capture the wonders and beauty of this fascinating country, he spends much of his time traveling in and taking pictures of the endless facets of Peru.
Some of Jeff’s images from Peru and other places in Latin America can be viewed at his Flicker site.
Jeff’s best work from Peru can be seen in his book called, "People of the Sun – A Journey Into The Heart Of The Inca Empire". This coffee table book visually explores the Peruvian countryside, her nature, and her people and is testament to why Jeff moved to this exciting country.
